Ogbu described Okibe as a remarkable leader, elder and fellow patriot whose years of public service have remained closely connected to the people and development of Ado Local Government.
He commended his humility, generosity, faith, commitment to humanity and consistent encouragement of the younger generation, noting that these qualities define true leadership and leave lasting footprints in the lives of others.
The ADC candidate celebrated Okibe's contributions to the community and prayed that his years ahead would be greater than those behind him.
