There seems to be no end to the crisis brewing in the Benue state chapter of the all Progressives Congress, APC, since it held her state congress on the 16th of October, 2021 where one Austine Agada was purportedly decleared state Chairman as against the consensus candidate, Omale Omale from zone c where the chairmanship was zoned to.
As a result, the shortchanged candidate, Omale who is a legal practitioner and currently the outgoing State Legal Adviser of the party in Benue state used all internal mechanisms including approaching the appeal panel that was constituted to resolved the matter to no avail.
Obviously Irked by the refusal of the National Caretaker Committee of his party to act on his appeal, Bar Omale on Tuesday, 18th January 2022 through his lawyer, JJ Usman, SAN, dragged the party, Austine Agada and others to Court.
