The Honourable Member representing Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency has assured constituents that all 2025 capital projects captured in the federal budget remain intact and untouched, with implementation yet to commence by the Federal Government.

According to a statement signed by Mr. Lawrence Oduh, Chief Press Secretary to the lawmaker, the projects were strategically lobbied through sustained legislative advocacy to address critical development priorities across Enone. These include road infrastructure, healthcare facilities, educational improvement, and agricultural empowerment programmes.

The statement noted that robust monitoring and accountability mechanisms are already in place to ensure transparent implementation when the projects begin. Multi-tiered committees comprising community stakeholders, technical experts, and oversight teams will supervise every stage to guarantee value for public funds.

Reaffirming his commitment to development, the lawmaker—popularly known as the Enone Servant—said the gains from previous budget cycles are already visible across the constituency.

“Our people have continued to echo that it has never been this good, thanks to the enduring legacies from our first of four budgetary allocations including electrified rural communities, improved healthcare, and bolstered farming initiatives,” he said. “We assure our patriotic constituents that it will only get better. By God’s grace, when we are re-elected, even more groundbreaking projects will be executed.”

Speaking further, the Deputy Spokesman of the House of Representatives dismissed critics of his performance with humour, saying:
“Some are already having BP over our performance with just the 2024 budget—those driven by envy over our exceptional track record should cease their futile campaigns and give themselves a break. The circulating documents don’t contain all our efforts in the 2025 budget; there are more in the pipeline, and we shall deliver beyond imagination. We came to serve, not to impress their low thinking.”

He reiterated that his office remains committed to transparency, accountability, and service delivery, ensuring that every naira spent benefits the people of Enone.
