Ahead of the planned inauguration of a faction of the newly elected Benue state executives of the All Progressives Congress, APC, on the 3rd of February, 2022, plot has been alleged to be hatched to arrest Bar. Omale Omale and others who dragged the party to court last week.
To that effect, an inside source privy to a meeting conveyed by party leader yesterday to perfect the plan disclosed that petition has been writing against Omale and 2 others before the police for forgery, a ploy to further armtwist the plaintiffs from pursuing their legitimate claims.
The source claimed that an embattled state party leader whose continous misrepresentation of the true state of affairs of the party in the state felt challenged by the court action of the plaintiffs as affecting his national chairmanship bid and vowed to discredit the case of the Plaintiffs while
a former AGF offered himself as a willingly tool to personally draft the petition and defend the suit for free in exchange for his Governorship ticket.
The plan was said to have reached an advanced stage and was designed to be perfected before the case instituted against the party and one Austine Agada comes up on the 31st January, 2022
The leader as exposed, was alleged to at the moment trying to draft in the support and cooperation of the leadership of the national secretariat to disown their own document which they certified for the plaintiffs upon request and payment of the prescribed fees at all cost.

Benue Chapter who has been very vocal in respect of this matter cautioned that, ones a matter is in court, parties should put forward their defense, and where they perceived fraud, they should advance it and proof it.
He advised the APC national secretariat not to allow herself to be dragged in and discredited by drawning politicians urging her to stand by the truth at all times
