A frontline governorship aspirant on the platform of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Benue State, H.E Dr. Peter Adejoh, has emerged as the first governorship aspirant under the ADC across Nigeria to officially obtain the party’s nomination form ahead of the 2027 elections.
Dr. Adejoh picked the form yesterday at the ADC National Secretariat in Abuja amid excitement, celebration, and a strong display of support from party faithful and supporters.
The atmosphere at the secretariat was electrifying as supporters accompanied the aspirant in what many described as a political jamboree marked by chants, solidarity songs, and open declarations of support for his governorship ambition.
Observers said the massive turnout and enthusiasm surrounding the exercise reflected the growing momentum behind his aspiration to govern Benue State under the ADC platform.
Speaking during the event, Dr. Adejoh appreciated supporters for their confidence and loyalty, assuring them of purposeful leadership anchored on development, unity, and service to the people if elected.
He also urged party members and supporters to remain committed to the collective goal of building a stronger and more prosperous Benue State through the ADC.
