In a confirmation chart with Barr Omale Omale, the Consensus State Chairman in his Makurdi office on Wednesday, the team were informed that there was no inauguration anywhere.
Omale informed them that even though the national secretariat issued a timetable of her activities, that on the 3.2.22, the acclaimed Chairman were only issued a certificate of return without more in an event under tight security presence but absence of the Principal leadership of the party adding also that non of the acclaimed State Chairmen took Oath of Office as well as Oath of Allegiance as provided by the Party's constitution to confirm authority of the office at inauguration.
Omale further informed the Vanguard that if the party claimed there was a congress and a winner truly emerged, certificate of return are issued at the venue by the congress Committee and the national simply inuagurates by administering the Oath of office and Allegiance.
He assured them that what happened at best was a facade and a charade as you can not put something on nothing and expect it to stand.
Worried about the fate of the pending court cases and the withdrawal by some aggrieved members, Omale Omale assured them of the potency of his claims and his determination to pursue the matter to its logical conclusion where he will reclaim the people's mandate and rescue APC in Benue State from the hands of oppressors and advanced justice and level playground for all members who are desirous to pursue their several aspirations.
He further assured them that more than the zeal and determinations of Rt Hon. Ngunan Adingi, Rt Hon. Mato, Hon. Boko and many others who through the instrumentality of the courts reclaimed their mandate, he will not disappoint them and his supporters and the entire Benue people in this collective struggle.
In all this, Barr Omale Omale ruled out completely the option of defection, knowing very well that liberation struggles is won on the strength of consistent of ideological platform, and call on his supporters and party faithfuls to keep fate with the struggle and the party.
